§ I — The Lounge

A quiet room on Ryneveld Street.

Le Hair Lounge has been on Ryneveld Street since 2007. The room is a little larger now, the team three hands deep — but the insistence has never shifted: that an appointment should feel like something unhurried, considered, yours.

We do not double-book. We do not rush. The rooibos goes on before the gown does, and we listen before we lift a comb. What you leave with, we like to think, is simply yourself — on a very good day.

Yes — we operate by appointment only. Walk-ins are occasionally possible for a trim or gents cut; call ahead and we will be honest with you.

All foil services include a toner. Stand-alone toner is available from R 450. Complex colour work is always quoted in consultation — complimentary, 15 minutes.
Yes — kiddies cuts (under 12) are R 180 for boys, R 250 for girls, or R 300 with a blow dry. Quick and fun, we promise.
